Eller Sewer & Drain Cleaning

I have used them in the past because they do ok work and had very reasonable prices. Well unfortunately they jacked the prices way up and I paid double today then what I did a year ago for the exact same problem. I understand inflation but to double your price just seems very outrageous to me. I'll most certainly not be returning as a customer!

Wow! What a refreshing experience!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Called in the morning, and they fixed the problem same day. No back and forth and no games. Isaiah was the tech and he was a complete professional. Just quality work.

Chris and his associate were professional and made sure they tried all of their options to help us with our clogged drains. The company's owner himself showed up, and he and his co-worker performed excellently! He arrived sooner than anticipated they worked swiftly and effectively. If someone was in need of the company's services, I would recommend them for sure.

Best Pluming Services I have ever encountered. Owner himself came to my home. Explained what was going on with my plumbing system and recommended ways to prevent in the future. Pricing was reasonable. I HIGHLEY recommended them. You defiantly will not be disappointed.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain, I called them due to my grandmother called this company for years to her home and I now live there. I asked if I could get an appointment 5:15, they did not say this would be overtime. If they had said that I would have gotten a lunchtime appointment. The guy brought in all kinds of heavy equipment on my newly refinished hardwood kitchen floor. He tired from the top sink drain, he didn't want to get on my roof. Then he took the pea trap out and tried, then he went down and cut my main drain line in half and tried. When he finally thought he was done and proceeded to turn on the water FULL blast in the sink I see water coming from under the cabinet kickplate. He had put a hole in the drain line that runs inside my wall. Would not fix it, charged full price plus tried to charge overtime because it was after 5. Not to mention the water damage to my floor. Then he recommended their neighbor plumber friend to come and fix. Sounds like they get their money for tearing up your property then turn that around to plumber buddy to fix it. Win win for both of them. Meanwhile my wall either under my cabinet( original sink and cabinet to my 1937 home) or the brick wall will have to be torn out to fix this mess. Very unhappy and plan on telling everyone I know.

Eller Sewer and Draining was a referral by a city worker and a plumber. Daniel came out after hours to assist. He was very helpful, professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely use Eller services again.
